Taught by a former Labor & Delivery Nurse, this free Childbirth Education class covers topics such as how to know you're in labor, induction vs. natural labor, what to bring to the hospital, pain management, etc.This workshop is completely free. Participants can earn diapers, baby clothes and baby supplies.
