About this Event
Join DuoMente, Artists in Residence at Christ the King Lutheran Church, for an intimate chamber concert with piano and violin entitled "Hands of Compassion." The concert is part of our "Music with a Mission" and is free and open to all.
"Hands of Compassion" presents an afternoon of refined chamber works by by Schumann, Schubert, Franck, Sarasate, and Luca Sutto - celebrating compassion that we share with one another. Freewill offering benefits Matthew 25: Ministries, which provides nutritional food to the hungry, clean water to the thirsty, clothing to the naked, affordable shelter to the homeless, medical care to the ill, and humanitarian supplies to those in need. Meet the artists at a post-concert reception.
