Join us at Yovana Yoga at The Mill in Dalton for a FREE Chair Yoga class! The gentle class is created for students that do not want to get on the floor. We focus on opening the joints, building balance and moving in ways that make your body stronger. This is a great class to start with. In a typical class we do 15 minutes seated then 15 minutes standing with the support of the chair or the wall and another 15 minutes seated.
