Yes! This does meet the requirements to obtain a Concealed Handgun Permit in Colorado and many other states. This plus the 4 hour range class will satisfy the new Colorado training requirements that go fully into effect July 1st. If you apply before July 1st (in most counties), you will be fine with just this 4 hour class.Adams, Denver, El Paso, JeffCo, and Boulder counties are so backed up that you cannot get in before July 1st. Few rural counties are already requiring the new training. Visit your jurisdictions website to get info about how they’re handling this.1
