About this Event
For many of us, supporting a loved one with unique needs isn’t a role — it’s simply part of life. This session offers space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your own well-being while your loved one experiences the same care, calm, and connection in their own way.
Wellness goes beyond yoga — this class offers a space for reflection, creative expression, and mindfulness, tailored to the individual. Because everyone practices wellness differently.
Together, we’ll explore the power of gratitude through gentle movement, guided meditation, and mindful discussion — small practices that restore balance and remind us that wellness is stronger when it’s shared.
Why this series is different
- You’ll have time for your own restoration while your loved one participates in an adaptive session designed for regulation, expression, and connection.
- Both experiences are guided by facilitators who honor whole-person inclusive wellness.
- This isn’t just about relaxation — it’s about building a stronger community of support for both you and your loved one.
- You’ll leave with tools and connections that remind you: you’re not alone.
