FREE Candlelit Community Energetics Attunement
Curated to regulate the nervous system and release stored tensions, each small group session combines a blend of modalities including breathwork, reiki, and spinal energetics. Developed by Dr. Sarah Jane, this practice taps into your energy field to support deep self-awareness, healing, and transformation. Drawing from a rich tapestry of influences—from Network Spinal, Shamanism, Kundalini, Esoteric Acupuncture and Yogic traditions—Spinal Energetics is about reconnecting you with the innate wisdom you were born with.
This practice isn’t something I "do" to you—it’s a collaboration. Together, we’ll dive into the patterns of resistance that have been holding you back, softening and strengthening as we go. You are not broken. You are more powerful than you can imagine.What would you do if you could remember?
What should I bring?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, as you will be laying down during the session. We recommend avoiding large or heavy meals before to avoid all your energy being spent on digesting!
