Soft candlelight creates a warm ambiance, with visual guidance offered through each movement. Reconnect with yourself in a space of serenity and self-care. All levels, bodies, genders and abilities warmly welcomed.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to arrive and settle. Kindly silence electronics. Bring your own yoga mat and anything for comfort - blocks, blankets, bolsters, a friend.
