* How to escape from underneath a bigger kid.
* How to defend yourself if a bully tries to punch you.
* How to speak to a bully with confidence.
* How to control and de-escalate a self defense situation.
* Learn how to defend yourself and never have to hurt the attacker.
NO experience is necessary. This class is designed for 6-13 year olds. We do have classes for 4 years old and up, but this workshop will be based around our Juniors Program.
