Help your child build the confidence to stand tall and stay safe! As part of our New Year, New YOU celebration, TX Martial Arts is offering a special Bully-Proof Self Defense Class designed for kids ages 5 and up. No martial arts experience required.In this 40-minute session, your child will learn:
How to use their voice and body to set boundaries
Simple self-defense movements to stay safe and break free
How to recognize unsafe situations and respond with confidence
This is a fun, empowering class taught by our certified instructors and open to the public. Whether your child is brand new or already training, they’ll walk away with real-world skills they can use right away.
Class is FREE, but space is limited, registration required.
Come for our New Years Open House from 10–12, then stay for this powerful, confidence-building experience at 1:00 PM!
