By teaching kids how to recognize, respond to, and rise above bullying, we can create a safer, stronger community. And when our community stands strong, we set an example that can influence the world.
What Your Child Will Learn: This hands-on workshop is designed specifically for kids ages 7–13.
Understanding the 4 Types of Bullying:
Verbal: insults, teasing, name-calling
Physical: shoving, hitting, aggressive contact
Social: exclusion, spreading rumors, peer pressure
Cyber: online harassment, digital threats
Building Real-Life Defense Skills:
* Defensive posturing (confidence without aggression)
* Shove defense and punch defense
* Basic striking for self-protection
* Ground defense and technical stand-up skills
