*This special screening event is for the uninsured or underinsured, including those with high deductibles. Any eligible insurance will be billed; however, patients will not be billed for any remaining balance. If insured or not, all eligible applicants are advised to apply for the BCCP (Breast/Cervical Cancer Program) before the screening. To verify your eligibility for BCCP coverage, scan the QR code or call 800-929-6626. A Firelands financial counselor may contact you before your screening.
Screenings can help detect breast cancer early and improve the chances of successful treatment. The screening includes a clinical breast exam, education on prevention and early detection, and a screening mammogram if indicated by a physician.
