Join us for a free 45 minute sweat session in the park! Equipment will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat, water and be prepared to sweat. Children are always welcome to join our classes, however they must be under your supervision. Please feel free to bring your baby in a carrier, car seat or stroller.Location: Sherwood Forest Park (5270 Fairview St, Burlington). Meet up is at the Fairview & Appleby entrance and on the left side of the parking lot by the rugby field. Must RSVP via link.
