Join us Sunday, May 5th as Fabletics San Diego hosts BFT Carmel Valley for a FREE Body Fit Training inspired strength and cardio circuit workout! Coach John and Coach Steph will lead this all levels class right at Fabletics San Diego to give a fun feel for what a true BFT class is, outside of the gym!
