CLASS DESCRIPTION:Get ready to sweat, smile, and feel the burn! This limited Body Burn Express is a high-energy, 45-minute bodyweight and cardio workout designed to boost your heart rate & build strength - no equipment needed.
Class combines a dynamic warm-up, heart-pumping cardio intervals, functional bodyweight exercises, a core finisher, and a quick cool-down to leave you feeling accomplished and energized!
No equipment required. Please bring a water.
