From performing at the vibrant Gujarat kite-flying festival, Navratri, to transforming traditional dance into fitness experiences, TJ brings infectious energy to every class. For her, dance isn't just movement—it's pure joy, energy, and self-expression, and she's here to share that magic with Bhangra
