If they family has you up early why not join us for a walk and talk session.Everyone is welcome.
We will meet at the Coffee Van, Ridley Place, Old Coast Road Australind.
We use the accessible pathway to walk along the estuary before returning. The aim is for the walk or wheel to be at a pace which is accessible for those who attend on the day. The path is pram friendly. We walk for approximately 15-20 mins north before turning around to head back to Ridley Park.
Please bring your family's own water bottles, wear comfortable walking shoes, SunSmart suitable clothing.
This short walk and talk will allow you to connect.
You are welcome to purchase food or drink from the Coffee Van before or after our walk.
There is a playground for toddlers and older children.
A breastfeeding counsellor will be present to answer any breastfeeding questions you may have alternatively you can phone the Breastfeeding Helpline on 1800 686268 or access resources including live chat, blogs, podcasts and videos via www.breastfeeding.asn.au
You are welcome to join if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, providing breastmilk or no longer breastfeeding. Supporters welcome.
