This workshop will cover the ABC's of bicycle maintenace (Air, Brakes, Chain) as well as adjusting brakes, changing a tire, filling a tire to the correct air pressure (PSI), bicycle terminology (like what's PSI?), and more.Participants should bring their bike to work on. If they don't have one, let us know and we will provide one for in class use.
Due to limited space, only participants, volunteer instructor(s) and Heron Head Bikes employees may stay for the workshop. Pick-up time will be confirmed when riders are dropped off.
This event is a continuation of the City of Brantford's "Bridging The Gap" initiative.
As a community bicycle shop, we are pleased to host this event and are thankful for the volunteer leading the class.
