The Bankruptcy class will teach you the realities and myths of bankruptcy, the differences between chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies, how to represent yourself in court, and alternatives to bankruptcy. You will also learn how to apply for a pro bono (free) attorney to file your Chapter 7 case.This class is offered both online via Zoom and in-person at Legal Aid Center.
