Free Ballet Class for Adults at 10:30AM at the City Heights Library

This is a ballet class for adults of all ages and fitness levels!

Class consists of the ballet barre with a few center work combinations. There will be a focus on coordination, balance and flexibility. Class will be instructed by Ms. Zoe, a professional ballerina with over 13 years experience both on the stage and in the studio teaching dance for all levels and ages.
