Free Anxiety and Sensory Processing Workshop for Parents

Dear parents,

As fast as summer started, it's already that time - back to school! Some of you may be excited to get your home and routine back. Others of you might be stressed already thinking forward to the school year, or have already been let down by how the first week or so has gone.

If you've got a child that struggles with anxiety or sensory processing challenges, then heading back to school has probably added even another layer of stress to you and your family.

Mornings begin with feelings of panic and stress and sometimes even absolute refusal about going to school altogether. Perfectionist qualities make it tough to help your child just embrace being a KID without being too hard on themselves. Never quite knowing what's going to trigger them - a tag on a shirt, the horn of the bus at the bus stop, jeans, or the music in the car on the way to school being too loud. Constant complaints of stomach aches. Social struggles leading to anxious kiddos and big feelings. Emotional ups and downs leading to your family walking on egg shells all school year long.
