Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a FREE "SHiNE UPLIFT" workout at our West Reno studio during our BRIK Friday evening series!Bring friends and family! Men, women and children are all welcome! This workout also is for all abilities!
SHiNE UPLIFT is a low-impact, high-energy dance fitness format designed to inspire joy and movement for all bodies. Featuring easy-to-follow choreography set to upbeat music, UPLIFT delivers a full-body workout that’s gentle on the joints while boosting strength, flexibility, and confidence. It’s perfect for those who want to move, groove, and feel empowered—without the jump!
