Join us for our monthly Lunch & Learn, where rotating guest speakers share insights to educate and inspire our community around holistic healing and integrative wellness. Enjoy a complimentary, nutrient-dense meal prepared by our onsite chef while learning about nutrition for inflammation, nervous system support, and overall well-being. Meals are designed to complement our clinical approach, and the event concludes with an engaging Q&A.
