Come join Fairfax Library Foundation Member and Yoga Instructor Faith for Vinyasa Yoga. Learn more about the Library Foundation and the upcoming Library Foundation event Celebrating 30 years of Library Joy featuring Mychael Threets. Enjoy this all-levels class which offers accessible alignment cues focused on moving mindfully with the breath. It will provide modifications to develop your comfort level with your practice and increase strength, improve balance, and boost flexibility. This holistic approach to your wellness will nurture both body and mind and increase awareness to your body’s natural rhythm. Props (blocks, straps, bolsters/blankets) are welcome. Adults.
