THE RUN
A flat, out-and-back run along Egremont Prom.
There’s a very small incline two thirds of the way out and we usually take a quick (optional) detour into Vale Park on the way back, where there is a short, sharp hill.
Meet outside Fort Perch Rock, next to the car park.

Plenty of free parking outside Fort Perch Rock and along the road leading to the Floral Pavilion.
Start is 5-10 minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes from bus stops.
