Welcome to the FREE African Drumming Workshop designed exclusively for unpaid carers looking after an adult. Join us at the Catherine Street Inclusive Play Park & Community Garden for a fun-filled session of rhythmic beats and energising music led by local drumming group Africadabra.
Take a break from your caregiving responsibilities and immerse yourself in the world of African drumming. No prior experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn (co-ordination optional!). Come and connect with other carers in a supportive and engaging environment. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to unwind and recharge through music.
