You need ADHD-friendly tools that actually work in your daily life!! Which is exactly what ADHD Thrive Tribe will deliver, with a creative hint of wacky, weird & humour along the way!
(Self diagnosed or those going through the diagnosis process also welcome!)
💫 About The Sessions:
These workshops are brought to you by Empowered to Thrive CIC as part of our Empowerment Through Wellbeing Series; created to help you pause, connect, and strengthen your resilience in a safe and supportive space, along with learn practical strategies with people that "get it" and honour your chaotic ADHD brain 🧠
Each session has a unique focus, blending ADHD-friendly practices with creative expression to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more empowered to manage life’s chaos. You’re welcome to drop in to any session, but building consistency will give you the biggest boost.
Initially it will be relaxed and loosely planned, my long term plan is to run courses for you all to help you to manage ADHD better and elavate your lives, during this series we will do workshops and activities to help us thrive. You’re welcome to drop in to any session, but building consistency and connection over time will help you get the most from it. 🌿
💖 About Your Coach:
Sessions will be delivered by our a highly skilled ADHD coach, transformation & life coach. Jo has a huge amount of lived experience, has been through a rollercoaster life and is living proof that you can go from suriviving to thriving with the right support, awareness and community.

This event is FREE of charge thanks to the support of Tameside Council and GMCA for providing support for our Empowerment Through Wellbeing series.
Spaces are limited, booking is essential please to ensure we have enough materials.
Each session includes everything you need. The first half will guide you through grounding practices, reflection, and ADHD wellbeing tools. The second half will bring it all together in a creative activity, helping you anchor your learning while connecting with others who understand.
