In this support group coaching session, participants engage in discussions, share experiences, and learn practical techniques to enhance organization, time management, and self-regulation. Led by an experienced ADHD coach you'll receive ongoing support, guidance, and empowerment to navigate daily challenges and improve your overall quality of life.
Adults and Young Adults With ADHD who are seeking connection, support, and growth at no charge. Benefit from peer support, accountability, and a sense of community. Don't go it alone- You can talk to people just like you.
Attendance is free at no charge, flexible and there's no commitment required. Participants can attend as many or as few group sessions as they wish, these support group meetups will take place every Thursday from 6:00 to 7:30 PM . The first 30 minutes are dedicated to networking, providing an opportunity for participants to connect with one another. There are no restrictions on arriving or leaving at a specific time there is no commitment to staying the whole time, so feel free to join us whenever you can. We'll be here every week, ready to support each other on our journey. Come join us!
RSVP is strongly recommended even if it’s right before the group starts, we ask because it will help provide an estimated number of attendees to make appropriate accommodations and ensure everyone’s security as well as ensuring that class has not be canceled on that particular day.
