This in-person program is the perfect opportunity to unwind, express yourself, and learn the art of creating beautiful mandalas. No prior art experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and an open mind. Come and explore the therapeutic benefits of Art and Mindfulness in a supportive and welcoming environment.
To access the benefits of mindfulness, we will be creating our Mandalas quietly whilst listening to relaxing music. The allows particpants to get into the 'flow state' of creativity.
FREE - THIS IS A FUNDED PROGRAM AND THEREFORE OF NO COST TO PARTICIPANTS AND ALL ART MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED
