About this Event
Every Monday and Wednesday morning in the month of July we'll be hosting FREE 5am Group Workouts.
You can expect a HIGH ENERGY 45min workout to get your day started, and blood pumping! The workouts are suitable for ALL levels of fitness and will be a combination of strength training, HIIT, and cardio.
If you love early morning workouts, group settings, and getting your workout DONE before your day gets started. These classes are for YOU.
