✅ Pick up a free bag of groceries on Tuesday or Wednesday before each session
✅ Join a live Zoom class every Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 PM
✅ Cook alongside a trained nutrition specialist
📅 Space is limited! Registration is required, and we ask that participants commit to at least 4 out of 5 sessions.
