Join us for our annual Midsummer Festival - June 20, 21 , 22! Midsummer (or Midsommar in Swedish) is held in June around the summer solstice, the longest day of the year. It is a celebration of the ushering in of light, after the long dark winters and is a cherished tradition in Scandinavia. This holiday is considered the second most-important holiday of the year after Christmas.Come celebrate Midsummer with us in the Scandinavian Heritage Park in Minot, North Dakota!
This year's event will include music, vendors, demonstrations, workshops, food/refreshments, fun kids' activities, and the most anticipated event - the lighting of the bonfire on BOTH Friday and Saturday night (weather permitting)! The sauna may also be open!
