Join Kate for a FREE 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Class and Q&A session. This session will take place in-person only. Space is limited, so enroll in advance; registration is required. (One free session per student).
We are pleased to offer professional Yoga Teacher Training to yogis throughout northern New England. Our next 200-hour, 9-month/12-weekend YTT program will meet in Manchester, NH, from September 14, 2024, to May 18, 2025. You will intensively study the dynamic and conscious practice of asana, anatomy and physiology, explore yoga’s philosophical underpinnings, practice meditation and pranayama, as well as investigate the Subtle Body and Ayurveda and so much more
