We have invited Yin yoga specialist Kristine Marie Rost once again to give an introduction to the Yinpower method, - this time in english.
A yin yoga style whose effectiveness in treating pain and disorders, preventing injuries and healing trauma. You will get an introduction to how and why this method is so effective. The main reason is because of the unification between yin yang as you can not devide this if you want to support your natural healing ability,
It is the exercises that make the difference and therefore the time is prioritized this day for physical practice. This means you can expect two hours on the yoga mat today. You will not sweat. Some exercises give an experience of rest, while others give an experience of giving energy.
Yinpower yoga are all sitting and lying exercises, where all adults who can get in and out of a car, get on and off a bicycle and go down the stairs themselves can join in.

Kristine Marie Rost startet teaching Yinpower yoga back in 2012 while living in Manila, Philippines. She worked s a yoga therapist in SCt Lukes hospital in close collaporation with doctors in both TCM and western medicine.
As she came back to Denmark she startet teaching in her hometown Frederiksberg from 2013 to 2017 getting really good at the time swopping in between English and Danish during her classses.
Kristine has been developed Yinpower yoga over the years with sessions for a huge variety of livestyle imbalances.
With more than 15 teacher trainings in Yoga, 5 qigong teacher trainings and several courses in modern pain science, tcm among other trainings all about the body, mind and breath you are in for a treat - at least afterworth many will say.
