About this Event
Ever wondered what your dreams are really trying to tell you?
Dreams are more than just fleeting images, they are windows into our inner world. They can provide meaningful insights into our subconscious mind, revealing emotions, thoughts, and concerns that may not be fully acknowledged in our waking life. By learning to appreciate dreams, we can uncover patterns that reflect our inner experiences and psychological state. Exploring dreams offers you a powerful pathway to your inner landscape, one that is yearning to be discovered.
In this 6-week Dream Exploration Group, we’ll delve into the mysteries of your sleepworld. This immersive experience offers you the chance to explore various aspects of dream work, from journaling and symbol analysis, to reoccurring patterns and lucid dreaming. Each week, we’ll engage in meaningful discussions, including a detailed review of at least one participant's dream. With each session, you'll gain tools to interpret and integrate the wisdom from your dreams into your daily life.
