FVMB 2025 will be SATURDAY, March 22 from 12:30pm to 7:30pm! We are NO longer a late night event and we plan to hang out afterward, so block off the whole evening!Just like every year in it's existence, this event is themed after the movie Semi-Pro. I encourage you to watch it if you have not so that you can understand the plethora of references leading up to the night of the event. We are going to try and have trivia this year, getting a permit for a bear is harder than expected and there will be a opossum in the building. K*ll it. It's not a pet.
WHEN: Saturday March 22nd, 2025
LOCATION: Fredericksburg Field House (3411 Shannon Park Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22408)
DURATION/TIME: 12:30-7:30PM
FORMAT: 5v5 with a 3/2 ratio. Spots will be held for woman-matching players to ensure that at least 3/2 can be played, as well as at least 1 spot per team for FYUL participants. These spots will open back up to MMPs if they are not filled. This will have to be adjusted if numbers are not met. Games will be 20 min of non-stop play with make-it drop-it rules and hockey-style subbing.
COST: $35 for people with an active USAU membership
$52 for people without an active USAU membership (this covers the cost of insurance)
*This price gets you a disc, a sticker, at least 6 games and a great day. Every team will also get 2 pitchers of liquid courage*
BAGGAGE: If you would like to sign up with another person to play on the same team as you, the baggage fee is $5 per individual and ALL proceeds from baggages will be donated to FYUL, the Fredericksburg Youth Ultimate League. We will no longer be allowing baggages of 3. Major thanks to FYUL & Rabah Sbitani for letting us use their registration platform <3
