The 2024 Freak Press Ball will be an experience tailored for the deep Detroit heads. This year’s Ball will introduce a new 10-piece live ensemble led by Ian Fink, called IAN FINK.cpt (Celestial People’s Time). Featuring longtime collaborators such as Shigeto, Marcus Elliot, Salakastar, SUPERCOOLWICKED, Cjay Hill, and more of Detroit’s greatest.
The seasoned and elusive Scott Grooves will be on the decks afterward, and one of Detroit’s most exciting young selectors, SABETYE, will also be blessing the night.
Last year’s Freak Press Ball was one of the most consistently talked about parties, especially by those who missed it. Don’t be one of them this year.
The 2024 Freak Press Ball will be held at Spotlite on the evening of May 22, 2024. Tickets can be bought in advance on Resident Advisor. Exclusive new merchandise will be available at this party, including clothing, vinyl, and more.
