Den svenske Power Rock/Metal Trio Freak Kitchen er tilbage efter en længere pause.
De udsendte nyt album d.24 maj – og nu tager de på turne.
Freak Kitchen is back with their tenth album, titled Everyone Gets Bloody. 11 intense songs that cover subjects ranging from polarization, psychotherapy, the death of an influencer, experts, to small rebelliousacts in everyday life, gravity, and grief. A heavy album with eight and nine-stringed guitars, pounding drums, and low-tuned bass but always with melody and songwriting in focus.
The album was released on May 24th on vinyl, CD, streaming, and download. Produced and recorded by the band’s singer and guitarist Mattias IA Eklundh, mixed by IA and Jakob Herrmann at Top Floor Studios in Gothenburg.
Freak Kitchen is a highly regarded band on stage around the world, a trio with a down-to-earth attitude but always with a lot of determination and a twinkle in their eyes. Always raw. Always 100% live.
Everyone Gets Bloody will be followed by concerts around the world during 2024-2025, something the band has been eagerly anticipating as they have consciously avoided all forms of live streaming performances in the past years. A Freak Kitchen concert is always about interaction with the audience, spontaneity, and improvisation in the moment.
