Our May Supper Club menu will be featuring guest Chef Daniel Hubbard on Tuesday May 7th from 6p - 9p.Chef Daniel brings over 10 years of culinary experience and we are excited to have him on board for our 4th Frazie's Supper Club.
Menu:
• Oysters Bar- mignonette, hot sauce, fresh horseradish, charred lemon
• Beet Sushi- pickled beets, sushi rice, chili honey caviar
• 1+ Yellow Fin Tuna Carpaccio- tuna, fermented chili oil, roasted pepitas, micro corn shoots
• Charred Octopus- crispy potato, mojo rojo, roasted garlic aioli
• Alaskan Halibut- ancho corn puree, succotash, blood orange vinaigrette
• Pound Cake- poppy seed, lemon zest, blackberry icing
