Frankston’s Street Art Festival is back!From 17 to 23 March, the festival will bring nine featured artists to Frankston City creating large-scale murals and projection artworks throughout the city.
The event culminates in The Block Party held on Stiebel Place on Saturday, 22 March —a celebration of Frankston’s vibrant urban arts culture.
