Frank Mills was passionately involved in Canberra's underground music scene for decades up until his passing in 2018.
In the 1980s he played bass with punk outfit Third Detail and later appeared as Franjo the Impaler with the psycho - Slavic band Mudrac. In more recent years he was a driving force behind cosmic country conspirators The Gilded Palace of Sin.
When not playing, Frank led the way at countless gigs, dancing with joy and abandon to the music he loved.
