Come join us for the 12th Annual Gumbo Cook Off hosted by the Franklin St. Events Association!
You asked and we listened so this year we will be having a "rinse and repeat' theme. Over the years many of our faithful attendies have requested we just do wrist bands rather than new mugs as their cabinets only hold so many.... and truth be told our storage of previous unsold mugs is busting.
So this year we are bringing the oldies back out for those who dont have a mug, or those who missed a year and want a complete collection, choose the: 'wrist band WITH MUG Admission'. You will get a choice of available mug prints but they are first come/served so be sure to get to the pickup tent early if you have a specific print in mind!!!
If you prefer to bring your favorite past mug along you'll need to purchase the: 'wrist band only BYO MUG Admission'.
Get ready to taste some of the best gumbo creations around at this fun-filled event. The cook off will be held at participating businesses on Evansvilles Historic West Franklin Street, so mark your calendars and bring your appetite,a apst mug if you have one AND A SPOON!! It's a great opportunity to enjoy delicious food, shopping, and support local non profit organizations. Don't miss out on this exciting event! Purchase early to guarantee your mug if you dont already have one, We will have remaining mugs available for purchase at the 'DAY OF TENT' as well.
