Frankincense and Myrrh have been worked with for thousands of years. Many people recognize the aromas of these resins that evoke a calm feeling over the nervous system. In this class local herbalist Lindsey Coyne will demonstrate how to create potent infused oil using resins, then turn it into salve for more versatile use. Participants will take home a tin of Frankincense and Myrrh salve to add to their home apothecaries. We will discuss medicinal uses and benefits of both resins. All materials and recipe are included. Everyone is welcome.
