About this Event
Immerse yourself in the art of Dr. Sara Schesser Bartra and Angela Bolaños in this evening event designed to give you a new understanding of the exhibited art.
Each artist will give a brief presentation on their backgrounds, artistic practices, and the themes behind their exhibition. Following the presentations there will be an audience Q & A and time to explore the exhibitions with the artists.
Hidden Worlds is a family-friendly, hands-on art + science experience that brings biology to life through playful, interactive installations by artist and scientist Dr. Sara Bartra.
Echoes of Memory and Nature include two major installations by Angela Bolaños —Woven Circlescapes and When the Rain Speaks— which draw on Central American textile traditions and the quiet rituals of the natural world to create a multisensory journey through time and place.
