What is included in the ticket price?
A sit-down dinner and dessert is provided, including coffee. Show featuring Frank and Dean begins at 8:00 PM. Gratuity is not included; however, we know your servers would appreciate a gratuity for good service.
Tickets are subject to taxes and fees.
What time should I arrive?
Cash Bar will be open at 6:00P.M. Dinner will be served promptly at 7:00P.M.
Will I have reserved seating?
VIP Ticket Holders will have reserved seating at shared tables of eight. General Ticket Holders will have open seating on a first come basis at shared tables of eight.

What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable; however, you can transfer them to family / friends. Just call 440-871-8800 with the correct name.
Do I need to print my ticket?
We will have a Registration List, so it is not necessary to print your ticket.
