The Center for Urban Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (CUEED) is proud to partner with Black Box Franchising to host the Franchise Foundations 1-On-1 Workshop. This interactive session is designed for entrepreneurs, Rutgers students, faculty, and the public to explore franchising as a pathway to business growth and ownership.
By the end of this workshop, participants will:
- Grasp the fundamentals of franchising and its potential as a growth vehicle.
- Gain valuable insights into the legal, operational, and strategic aspects of franchising.
- Learn practical steps to assess your business's potential as a franchise.
- Leave equipped with the tools and confidence to take actionable steps toward franchise ownership or development.
This workshop is being facilitated by Kika Wise, Founder of Kika Stretch Studios, Daren Hawthorne, President of the Franchising Division at Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurants, and Jae Sims, Chief Operating Officer of Black Box Franchising and owner of an award-winning F45 Training franchise.
