Framing Memories: A Diary Comic Workshop with Christina Chung
Join illustrator and comic artist Christina Chung at Lichen for a guided workshop focusing on creating an original 4-panel diary comic. After a brief comics lecture and warm-up exercise, attendees will learn how to combine the practices of drawing and writing to turn personal experiences into visual stories.
This workshop is great for beginners, or more experienced artists looking to branch into comic making. Basic drawing materials will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring any additional tools you’d like to use.
