1. An informal community gathering where nonprofessional singers come together to sing folk songs in a casual atmosphere
Come join us for the Fox Valley Folk Singaround! Happens every 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 7pm, at the 602 Club (602 N Lawe St) in Appleton. Join us in singing folk songs in community- no instruments, no judgement, just making merry noise for the fun of it, as humans have always done.
All are welcome, regardless of age, gender, race, or percieved "singing ability." No experience necessary; lyrics will be provided and/or taught beforehand. Just show up, participate as much or as little as you want, and soak in the music.
