Hailing from Concord, NC, “Fox N’ Vead” is an alternative rock band that is largely influenced by country/southern culture. The band creates a blend of hard-hitting, grunge riffs with melodies that nod to country and blues classics. All of this captured in an electric live performance that demands the attention of the audience.
Formed in the Winter of 2023, Mac Hankins and the Moonlighters have been delivering high-octane Red Dirt Country to ETX and beyond. Their style was forged by similar artists such as Koe Wetzel, Giovannie and the Hired Guns, and Treaty Oak Revival. “We set out to reinvent Red Dirt, taking bits and pieces from similar genres to create our own sound.”
