PlaySpace Pop-Ups are outdoor programs guided by museum staff that occur in our fenced, natural PlaySpace just outside the museum. This program is geared towards ages 4-8 but other ages are welcome. Each Pop-Up will be designed to connect children to nature. Pop-Ups occur on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.
Please dress for outdoor play and exploration! In the event of light rain or cold, the Pop-Ups will still take place. In more adverse conditions, please call the museum to inquire about the program’s status.
Registration NOT required.
We ask that you notify the NCMNS-Whiteville staff ahead of time if you plan to bring groups of 10 or more to visit the Nature PlaySpace or other parts of the museum. Contact us at [email protected] or 910.788.5100 for more information or to notify us of your visit.
