Welcome to Fourth Friday at the Fairgrounds! Please join us for an engaging and vibrant evening at the Blackford Fairgrounds every fourth Friday of the month for our local vendor market! Experience a diverse selection of local goods, delicious food, and community connection as we celebrate our region’s talent and entrepreneurship. We look forward to seeing you there!
Fourth Friday began in 2023 as an opportunity for local entrepreneurs and businesses to showcase their products and services to their fellow citizens and visitors alike! Our little downtown market grew tremendously in 2024 and moved to the fairgrounds! We will be continuing at this location for our 2025 season and hope to grow even more in the coming year! We are excited to roll our new activities, more food trucks, and so much more!
This market takes place rain or shine on the fourth Friday of each month (June-October) at the Blackford County Fairgrounds from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Vendors may begin setting up at 5:00 pm. Vendors interested in this event, please request a ticket to reserve a 10ft x10ft area to set up. The Hartford City Chamber of Commerce has graciously agreed to sponsor all 5 events, so they are free for all vendors and guests! In lieu of a booth fee, we ask that each vendor donates one to two items to be put towards door prizes. We ask that you do register for each event that you plan to attend individually. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
